Body Temp Question for Dr. Sam

I was curious what would cause a body temp to be low. I thought that i had either read or heard somewhere that a low body temperature could be a sign of low progesterone, and others have mentioned it could have something to do with thyriod function. my thyriod tests have always come back fine.

i am concerned because my average BBT is 96.7. is this something i need to be concerned about at all?

thanks, paula
