Hi,

Although Zowie has precious information, I think the correct answer is NO BCP FOR PCOS. The only exception may be Diane, but it offers symptomatic relief only on the hyperandrogenism, but combined BCPs are all worsening insulin resistance and actually contraindicated in full blown diabetes.
