You have to get a bottle that says this: 85-95% "Fatty Acids" and sterols. It has to say that or it will not work as an herbal anti-androgen. Use 160 mg gel caps 2 x a day. That is if you decided that, that is the route you want to take. Only the Saw Palmetto Extract is worth a darn. Sorry sweetie...you wasted your money on the 600 mg Saw Palmetto.
