Creatine

Anyone understand Creatine's role in all of this? I know that it one of the tests done for normal PCOS lab work...

I ask because I'm wondering if ours is too high or two low. I have taken it as a supplement in the past (when I was competetive swimmer), and am training for triathalon and don't know if its kosher.

In the past, it really helped me add muscle and I noticed less muscle fatigue and quicker recovery from muscle related injuries. However, don't want to aggravate PCOS symptoms.

Have ready plenty of studies on the effectiveness of creatine on normal women, and is safe for them. What about us?
