Hi Ayesha,

I thought I have answered this (01.05.)

Hi Ayesha, You are on Glucophage which is a tested and proven insulin sensitizer. Why to experiment with something unproven for God's sake?

If you need further explanation, here you are: I do not know GTF, but there is another chromioum supplement: chromium picolate. Maybe the two are identical. Now, if you are OK with 1500 mg metformin, why do you want to take something else, which is not thoroughly investigated and proven, while metformin is. I would like to have your answer.

Sam
