I just wanted to pass on to you that i am on 1000mg glucophage 2x daily for about 7 months, the results have been wonderful, the side affects suck but im sure that if you set your mind to the point of the medication you overcome the fustration of the side affects, they only last a few weeks untill you body adjusts. But as we all know side affects (not matter how horrable they are)are there to let you know that you body is starting to change. I am also on the Wellbutrin 150mg 1x daily and Ive noticed a change in my attude and i do feel a little better, but you wont realise the affects for a few months after being on it. Just remember side affect are differant for everyone, what might bother someone the most might be passive for you. I wish you lots of luck as you now enter the complicated world of pcos meds!!!:) Lots of love you luck to all! PS buy the way i have never had any reactions between the glucophage and wellbutrin.
