It is impossible to predict, but probably metformin is stronger reducing IR than BCP worsen the condition.

I am afraid of listing any drugs. Do not amass different drugs, please!

Is spironolactone or finasteride a glucocorticoid? Are > any as strong as the Diane?

They aren't glucocorticoids: spironolactone is a diuretic (and antimineralocorticoid in fact) finasteride is antiandrogen. >
