Dear Annon,

Although contraception is not the main problem of PCOSers, but if you take metformin and start to ovulate... Well, there are several local contraceptive creams, foams which are quite reliable, if taking a BCP, the progestogen only types are an option. As for IUDs: there arre small sizes that may fit for a nulliparous women. Hope this helps
