He said he knew women in Europe were getting good results with that pill, helping skin problems caused from the PCOS. The spiro takes a long time to work on your skin problems and there's no guarantee it will work at all from what I understand. My endo prescribed the spiro for the hair growth. I'm only taking 100mg a day now because Dr. Sam said I shouldn't take both the Diane and the spiro together.
