Alexandra, Yes I had to have a liver enzyme test done before I could take the Avandia. Are you trying to have a baby or just get the PCOS under control? I took Met and Clomid last year and did not ovulate. On the Avandia and Clomid I have ovulated 2 months in a row. Hope this helps.
