My Dr isn't testing me for anything, and when I asked him about the risk of LA he pretty much dismissed it as nothing for me to worry about, but I do worry about it, risk of death is a pretty serious side effect to me! I'm also on aldactone which I understand increases the risk. I'm really thinking of quitting the glucophage. Thanks for the response, my Dr didn't even tell me what symptoms to watch for.
