Thanks for your responses. I think I will just keep trialling different theories, and keep reading this message board.

The reason I want to go into ketosis is so that my body turns to its own fat source for energy, causing weight loss! From what I've researched it happens for most people but for some reason not for me, hence my question of whether PCOS causes resistance of going into ketosis.
