Hi Dana,

If you were on metformin for 3 mo only, I would keep on it for a while, because weight loss (if any) doesn't come in the first month for everyone. Chromium picolate is also said to increase insulin sensitivity, but is in trial yet. Sorry but I can't give you other advises as for weight loss.
