I had severe diahrea later on in the day, but otherwise felt pretty good. I woke up this morning with hives all over my body. Could this be a reaction to the medication? I have not taken any more Met until I am sure it will be safe. The hives just itch like crazy but Benedryl has worked on keeping them at bay. No other symptoms have been noted. I didn't go to my doctor as he is not in his office on the weekends and felt the hives were controllable.
