Hi Jacqueline,

I keep repeating the following passage whenever the question of PCOS and BCPs arises. If you had gestational diabetes, you are prediabetic and will turn into manifest type2 somtime later in your life.

Here is an earlier letter for your help, plus another info: diabetes (type 1 or 2) is a contraindication to BCPs. I don't think there is a link between type1 and PCOS.
