Hi Stacy,
The exact mechanism of action of clomid is still not fully understood. Suffice to say it is not dose dependent. So if you ovulated on 50 mg, you should continue on that dose. There is also a wearing off effect after several months. So give a pose to clomid and star again on 50 mg. By the way: which CDs were you taking it 5-9 or 3-7?
