Hi Yvette, First: spironolactone definitely helps acne/hair growth, but it is not the best antiandrogen. Second: Lunette is a combination type injectable contraceptive administered monthly. My opinion is the same as for BCP's: no help for PCOS. Cf with my other posting today. Third: stay on glucophage.
