Hi Annette (sp!),

Wellcome back on board! Mirena has nothing to do with copper. It releases levonorgestrel, which is a progestin, but I think it is as little indicated for PCOSers as any other oral contraceptive. Besides, if somebody is TTC she can not have an IUD (contraceptive device) fitted.
