The only way to be able to get it is to go to europe and get it or if you know someone who lives there that can get it for you. I dont know if you can get it in Mexico. many medications are available in mexico with no Rx. I would be very careful about self prescribing medication. I guess our equivalant to diane here in the states would be something like Otho-tri cycline, It has positive affects by clearing up acne and keeping cycles regulated.Talk to you doctor about it.
