Thank you Sam :) I went back to the 4x 500 the next day and have started to feel better right away, don't understand what this doctor is thinking of but am going to start to look for a new one. Have enough refill to give me time to look. His visit are too short like 5 or 10 mins, not enough time and I find he is not really listening to me,need someone to work with me.
