Hi Zowie,
Endometrium is not always taken into account when different medication are started (or stopped). You write your endometrium was thin, which means you were low on estrogens besides taking BCP. Now when you stopped the pill the same thing happened whenever you stop it: a withdrawal bleeding. I have read your earlier posting and I wondered what a regimen you werer put on but did not want to interfere. But if your bleeding does not stop within 7 days there are two options left: a curettage to clear the inner surface of your womb or to build up your endometrium. I posted a letter about this method which seems to be unknown (or unpracticed in Englsih speaking countries)
