Renee,

Please do not lose faith !!!!! There is a Dr out there who can help you.

PCO is just "coming out". There is alot of ignorance out there in respect to what "PCO" actually is. Can't teach an old dog new tricks......... I have been a 4 supposed PCO - area specialized RE's and 1 endo - they were insensitive and actually were disgusted with my "obesity". SOme feel "PCO" is an excuse to be overweight - how wrong they are. Where do you live? I would like to help. I am a PCOA member and have a list of specialist around the US. I say if you cant find an ENDO, RE or OBGYN - go to mattresses - go to a specialist of PCO.

Again, it is a very long road - I know of someone who went to 49 Dr's before she found someone to diagnose her. It is just a shame we have to continue feeling "stripped" of our femininity - we are the stranger in our own bodies as they conspire against us silently. HUGS to you - we can be strong for eachother. Please let me know how you are.....
