Hi everybody! I am looking for experience with Metformin: How long did it take until you had the full effect of Metformin? I have been on full dose (1500-1750 mg daily) for 72 days now. I also eat Jasmin which is almost the same as Diane Mite. I have lost 4-5 kiloes and this is OK as I am only slightly overweight. My hair seems to become just a little thicker again and my body is "reshaping". But I am still very tired at lot of the time, I feel dizzy, have hot flashes and sometimes I sleep too much and sometimes not enough. In your experience: May this be due to side effects of the Metformin or do I just have to wait a little longer to not just look but also feel better? Any help would be highly appreciated!
