Hi Christa,

Elevated cortisol without disturbance of other values (Prl, FSH/LH ratio, T, DHEA) may signal Cushing's disease or syndrome. The symptoms may be quite similar to PCOS because of the hyperandrogenism and there may also be an overlap of the two.
