Hi Dona,
I wonder what was the cause of your second miscarriage. At 20 weeks the cause is possible to be explored (e.g. anatomic malformations on the fetus, premature labor, cervical incompetence) Was there any postmortem performed? With the first one the cause may have been the FSH/LH imbalance, or prediabetes caused by PCOS.
