PCOS or Cushings?

I got my blood work back and it showed elevated levels of cortisol and normal levels of everything else. Someone on another board said it's possible I could have Cushings Disease or Syndrome or whatever. I was diagnosed with PCOS after a sonogram showed the little cysts around my ovaries. My symptoms from late adolescence (which are still current) were acne, hirsutism on my chin, and excrutiatingly painful periods for day one and two of my cycle. Now I'm starting to get confused and nervous. Can I have both Cushings and PCOS? I am getting the 24hr urine test done this week. I have to try and collect my urine on a day that I don't work or have school for obvious reasons. Maybe I can start collecting on Sunday morning! Does anyone have experience with this? I would appreciate some info. I have been to a website on Cushings already but I'm starting to get overwhelmed by all the stuff I'm reading. I'm not a doctor and it seems like alot of this stuff (symptoms) are similar. HELP!!
