HI, Your not alone! I also crave sugar especially around my period time.I especially crave Chocolate!!! thanks for the carob tip I had forgotten about Carob chips..you can also find (chocolate)Carob frozen yogert at frozen yogert shops that is really yummy! Chocolate was the one thing I refused to give up while low carbing..lol, but maybe i'll switch to Carob.Dona
