Hi Joanna, I crave sugar so much and when I found out that I had to drastically change my diet to low carb low sugar I cringed. So what I find that helps is something called carob. Its naturally sweet without sugar but it tastes a lot like chocolate. I go to a health food store near my house and get a mix of unsweetened(no extra sugar) carob chips and peanuts. I have actually weaned myself off the cravings of sugar! sometimes you can find carob covered raisins and carob covered peanuts but you have to make sure there isnt added sugar. also fruit is a good subsitute for sugar. eat an apple! good luck Caelin
