regulate my cycles a little more), and FINALLY Glucophage XR 500mg 3pills 1x/day suppose to be at dinner (insulin resistance.)<

Spirono is used for hirsutism, granted, but it is a mild bp medication as well. So between that and the Atenolol, you might want to discuss this with your RE and PCP (or whoever prescribed all this for you).

Also, you will want to discuss the bcp you're on with your RE; any "tri-phasic" bcp (TRIcycline included) only makes our condition worse. I was on ortho tricyline for years (prior to a PCO dx), and we found that while it did control my cycles and make my face clearer, it truly accelerated the progression of my symptoms (and presumably the disease). PCO pts should really be on a bcp with one continual dosage; I eventually was put on Demulen 1/50 (it is the highest level of estrogen available in the US and combats hirsutism and other symptoms of PCO similarly to Diane 35--sold in the UK).

If your PCP and RE aren't communicating, it's important that they do and that in the meantime you keep track of what they're doing and talk to each of them about the other and the medications you're on. That will prevent (hopefully) any over-medication or drugs that would conflict or cancel each other out.

Good luck!
