Message for Mona re private gyn in UK

Dear Mona, I was wondering if you could tell me which gynecologist you have been seeing here in the UK, their address and phone number, etc. and how much you are charged for it. I am also suffering from the "hormones is the only option for you" syndrome here in the UK (Manchester) and would love to get some more sympathetic treatment. Thank you so much Elena
