Since PCOS is still widely UNKNOWN or understood by Dr's, it's hard to say if anemia is another symptom. (We still don't know what causes PCOS). I haven't heard of too many of us "cysters" who have anemia as well, but there are a few. My severe anemia does make the PCOS symptoms much harder to deal with since I'm so weak all the time, but whether or not it's a symptom or even RELATED to PCOS we don't know yet.
