Re: Vaniqua

As each of us have different symptoms (at least to different degrees) and as different treatments seem to work differently for each of us, I think it's important that we share what works and what doesn't work. For me, this stuff works. In the past two months it has made a huge difference, and I wish I had been able to use it before. While I may not agree with the politics of the company that makes it, I am ok with taking it because the benefits outweigh the political implications. I eat macaroni and cheese even though it's made by Kraft, which is owned by Philip Morris - a tobacco company. There are situations all around us like this. I am regretful that the company did not choose to continue treating sleeping sickness, but I thank God that this stuff is available now for my face. I don't know the details of what they did or didn't do in Africa, but I know that whether it's testosterone or chemo or whatever, it is making me much more comfortable with my face, and that's helping my self esteem by leaps and bounds. Surely the benefit outweighs the guilt I should feel about something that I never even knew about.
