Hi Ria,

Spironolactone is a weak antiandrogen. If you live in the US there are no alternatives, outside you have cyproterone acetate alone or in a form of contraceptive (Diane) and finasteride. If you have PCOS, treating it at its root also helps with hair growth. Sam
