Hi Tess, I also wanted to go a more natural way than the bcp, glucophage and spirolactate I am on however there has been no proven herb yet for pcp==if fact, some like Donq Quai and Black Cohosh are said to make it worse. I read in a book "the vitamin revolution" that Saw Palmetto is effective for men but has no effect on women. A good information book is "PCOS,the hidden syndrome" in which the author, Samuel Thatcher, discusses different treatment options and discusses herbal remedies...but again, nothing has proven effective for us PCOS'ers. Good Luck, maybe someone out there has had a more positive result with something, God knows I feel like a walking pharmacy
