If you are refering to avandia and actos, the answer is yes. You might do a search of the archives of this site and look up the drugs you are specifically interested in. If you go back to the main page of the PCOS-Medication site there is a search thing on the right side towards the bottom. People on these medications should be monitored by their physicians but the risks are not supposed to be too high, Good Luck
