I've been on Xenical for about a year now, although I have stopped taking it lately since I was diagnosed with gall stones (nothing to do with the medicine, it's just sort of a waste to take it when you don't need to.) I've lost thirty pounds since I've been on Xenical, but I also started exercizing and eating a low-fat diet; if I ate well, Xenical simply aborbed the small amounts of fat I did eat and didn't cause me any problems. But, if you eat too much fat and take it, you end up regretting it big time. Of course, this can be avoided by simply not taking the medicine, but then there really is no point to having it.
