hi,i've been on 1500mgs of glucophage for 3 months and although i didn't feel wonderful like some pco women say when they take it,i found as long as i took it directly after a meal(has to have some carbs or i throw up),i did find i had less hypoglycemic attacks and i also got pregnant the first month on it while also taking 150mgs of clomid. this combination seems to work well with many pco women i've heard. i suggest you give the clomid/glucophage thing a try if you're seriously sick of ttc.i had been ttc for 3 years before this.i'm not an expert or anything but i hope this helps!best of luck, jenna
