I didn't really have any of the stomach problems, just that it made me cranky and I was constantly hungry. My doctor switched me to Avandai about a year ago. There is some concern with weight gain, although I only gained about 5 pounds and I wasn't losing any with glocophage anyway. The avandia has worked really well for me.
