Hi, Natural progesterone is available (Prometrium) but I think it is too weak to serve as an agent to suppress LH and testosterone alone. I think synthetic derivatives (Provera) are stronger and therefore more effective to balance your hormones. The suggested regimen is 10-12 days at the second half of the cycle to allow the existing estrogens to build up endometrium. Hope this helps Sam (Ob/Gyn,RE)
