It worked well, I had a period every month (previously only had 1 per year) and never had cramps. I switched to a Ortho Cyclin last year because the Ovcon35 was hard on my stomach. I have acid reflux and couldn't take the Ovcon on even a semi-empty stomach. Acid reflux runs in my family so it's no fault of the Ovcon.
