Hi Samina,
This means you are undergoing infertility treatment and a cycle of ovarian stimulation (Repronex) with blocking your pituitary (Lupron). I think it is a very expensive and agressive method of inducing your ovulation. PCOSers respond very well to cheaper and less agressive treatments. Have you already tried other treatments for your PCOS?
