Samantha, A p4(progestorone) test taken 7 days after assumed ovulation can give a pretty good indication of whether or not ovulation has taken place. Usually,as far as I know, they don't do ultrasounds post ovulation they just use them before to measure follicle size. You may want to check out this link and read the section on standard test results and their meanings. Good Luck
