It's odd how the men seem to believe we have all this control over things....."I'd like an order of ONE, please". *grin* I think I understand what he means though. Raising a child is expensive and hard work. If he was among the youngest in his family or an only child, he might feel uncomfortable around kids too. (My dad's an only and he always had trouble dealing with us four rowdy noisy kids when he'd come back from being out of town for work and was used to his QUIET hotel room.)

Sounds like you've got a sensible plan, although many doctors recommend a year without birth control before seeking medical help and that may mean Clomid. And....you've got the right attitude.....there have been LOTS of changes in the field of infertility in the past few years, so that is definitely in your favor too!
