orthotricyclinFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 Jan 2001 19:20:16 -0600 (CST)
I was diagnosed several months ago with PCOS. My testorone level was 94!. My doctor put me on Glucophage and orthotricyclin. Before this diagnosis I had a period usually every thirty days however around a week before my period my left ovary would start to throb which caused me to seek medical attention. The first month on the pill my ovary started hurting all the time and I had break through bleeding while still on the active pills. I called my doctor and she said that this could just be my body adjusting and to continue. I am now in my second month and my ovary is killing me all the time!!!...Some things I read say orthotricyclin is good, some say it is bad. What is the overall feeling? it is just my body adjusting or something else. What is found to be the best BCP with women with PCOS???????
