Debbie- When I started Metformin my hair immeidatley (within the 1st month) started getting thicker. I didn't realize it until I went in and got my haircut. My hairdresser couldn't get over how much thicker my hair was in a month. It is still gettting even thicker. My hair has always been fine, but I have a lot. It used to get "stringy" when I grew it out. It is now half way down my back and looks pretty full. Hope this helps Jen
