There are times I'll be out eating dinner with a girlfriend and all of a sudden be full after only eating part of my dinner. And then there are the times I'll be fine and then all of a sudden be starving. I've started carrying cheese sticks with me. And I've also had the acid, too. What I would suggest is, instead of the carbo cereal, have something with protein. It's worked for me. And I also keep Rolaids around.
