Just a quick thank you to everyone who wrote back with such supportive messages. I have just started reading Living with P.C.O.S. and also recieved in the mail today PCOS, A Women's Guide to Dealing with PCOS. I want to be as informed as possible when I tell my boyfiend about all this. You have all given me to confidence to believe that he is in love with me... not my ovaries!! Just like I would love him regardless of any problems he might have! Luckily, as a pretty high level athlete, my body can hide the extra pounds pretty well, and 2 hours of electrolosis per week in college cured the hair problem. I hope the Glucophage and Thyroid medicine start working soon. I am just so very happy to know that there are women out there who feel like I do!!
