Hi Sherri,

I take Saw Palamento for excess hair growth and I also take Chrumium to help controll my insulin. I am on a very low dosage of Actos only 15mg. Most are on 30mg.of Actos. I also take Black Cohosh, Licorice Root and Chaste tree which really helps with keeping my cycles regular even without the Actos. I Bought a really good book "Natural Healing with Herbs" by Humbart Santillo,N.D.also "PCOS The Hidden Epidemic" by Dr. Thatcher has a section on herbs and vitam suppliments which may be helpful. The best thing to do is read up on it before going out and buying herbs. You can also go to babyzone.com which has a web page dedicated to infertility and herbs that you can take for it..they even talk about PCOS specificaly. Hope this helps...Good luck and take care. Dona...feel free to e mail me.
