I posed this question at the other PCOS forum...not one response there...hoping I have better luck here...Thank you.

Hi all, Was wondering if there is something herbally or OTC I could take that would be similar to the gluchophage and spironolacton combo Iam currently taking for PCOS. I ask this because me and hubby (married 13 years...very unhappily) are getting divorced (my choice...wahoo for me,I got the courage...lol). Therefore I will be off his insurance...I really think I need to continue treatment for the PCOS...I think the meds have really helped me....for the pain and help in losing weight (diet and exersized too...was 241, now 177...and still working on it). Please...please, if any one has any ideas let me know...I do not wanna go back to how things were before the meds.

Thanks,
