thanks for the info. My doc has never really done this before (I get the feeling), so it's good to know what some other doc's experiences have been. Did you have any success (in terms of ovulation) on the gluc?

I have been on glucophage since the end of August. I had spotting for

Does anyone think Actos would be better? Have other people taken Actos

after glucophage did nothing for them with positive results?

Any information or input is welcome! I see my doc this month and I'd

like to take him some "suggestions".

Thanks!

Hi Linda,

I was put on Gluc. in Oct. I just went to a new Dr. who switched me

to Actos. I can't really tell you how it has been for me yet (only

taken it 3 days) but the Dr. said he has seen better results with Actos

than Gluc., esp. for those of us still ttc. He also said I should not

have those terrible side affects with Actos, and I only take 1/day not 3

like the Gluc. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I wish you well!

Teresa
